Charlotte Moses led efforts to improve Port Arthur’s streets and emergency services. She secured $34 million for road repairs and established the Police & Fire Emergency Medical System, ensuring faster response times and safer neighborhoods for all residents.

As a member of the IDA committee, Charlotte helped secure $60 million annually for local businesses. She worked to create jobs, support small businesses, and promote affordable housing, strengthening Port Arthur’s economic foundation.
